Day 11 – Jon’s short mix review (Zwift!)

 

This workout was awesome – Jon, you put together an awesome training session! This one really pushed me – the sprints in the middle are awesome! I gotta keep pushing to get the power to do those.

Zwift is one of the best training tools i’ve come across. So much more interesting than jogging on a treadmill or riding a bike in a gym.
